Answer:

well with out it we won't understand dna

but heres the scientific answer

Explanation:

DNA replication allows for organisms to be reproduced from the parent.

After a sperm (from male) and egg (from female) cell have combined, they immediately start to divide. At this point, the cell is called a zygote.

In order for the cells to divide, they need DNA from the mother. They don't steal it. They just replicate it. For a cell to use DNA, it needs to be in the form of a chromosome, a tightly-packed DNA structure

DNA replication allows for organisms to be reproduced from the parent.

Why factors are cause of short-term climate change
laiz [17]

Answer:

6 factors that cause short term climate change...

Explanation:

Latitude - depends on how far or close to the equator it is

Ocean currents - Certain ocean currents have different temperatures.

Wind and air masses. Heated ground causes air to rise which results in lower air pressure. As it rises it cools and descends to the ground resulting in high air pressure.

Elevation. The higher up you are, the colder and drier it will be. When air rises it expands due to low air pressure which causes it to cool.

Relief. The differences in the elevation inland. As air is forced to rise over a piece of land, the temperature decreases and condensation increases.

Nearness to water. The water heats up and cools down slower than land does, having a moderating effect. On colder days, the water heats up the land, whereas on hotter days, the land is cooled down by the water.

Relate the surface area of a cell to the transport of materials.
ArbitrLikvidat [17]

If the size of a cell increases it will be more difficult (all other things being equal) for diffusion to transport materials out of the cell. Therefore, less of the cell's interior will be able to come in contact with the cell's surface. If less of it comes in contact, less of it can cross the cell membrane.

hope this helps and please mark me as brainliest please

What happens one and non-competitive inhibitor binds to an enzyme
RUDIKE [14]

Answer:

The competitive inhibitor binds to the active site and prevents the substrate from binding there.

Explanation:

The noncompetitive inhibitor binds to a different site on the enzyme; it doesn't block substrate binding, but it causes other changes in the enzyme so that it can no longer catalyze the reaction efficiently.

Photosyntheis and resperationMove to Bottom Carbon dioxide is a product.A. Carbon dioxide is a reactant.B. Carried out in animal
EleoNora [17]

Answer:

The correct answer is-

1. Photosynthesis- Carbon dioxide is a reactant, Oxygen is a product, Carried out in plants, Produces usable energy source.

2. Respiration- Carbon dioxide is a product, Oxygen is reactant, Carried out in animals, Produces usable energy source.

Explanation:

Photosynthesis is a complex process which takes place in the green plants which synthesize the energy molecule called glucose. The reaction takes place in the presence of sunlight combining the carbon dioxide and water forming the glucose and oxygen gas.

Respiration is a complex process which involves the breakdown of the glucose molecule in the presence of oxygen and forming the energy molecule called ATP which is utilized in the metabolic reactions. The complex process releases carbon dioxide.

Bones consist of cells suspended in an extracellular matrix. a bone is a type of
Anastaziya [24]

Th answer is connective tissue. Bone tissue is made up of different types of bone cells. Osteoblasts and osteocytes are involved in the formation and mineralization of bone; osteoclasts are involved in the resorption of bone tissue. The mineralized extracellular matrix of bone tissue has an organic component mainly made of collagen (ossein) and an inorganic component of bone mineral made up of various salts such as calcium.
