I believe this isn't true. (false) I'm pretty sure, because that's always what you start out with. Personally this is how i was taught to write papers in middle school along with now in high school. Especially with argumentative.
the author made the stars seem human to show that the author is in a good/positive mood and the stars are making him feel more encouraged as he walks to the auditorium.
