Answer:

I believe that the correct answer for this question: Which of the following statements is true of both the United States and Roman Republic governments, is, that: All natural-born adults are citizens with the right to vote.

Explanation:

Albeit with certain limitations that were imposed in the past, in both instances, the Roman Republic and the United States have been compared in their similarity in the belief that natural-born adults, as long as they are white, male, and educated, are considered citizens with the right to vote. Much of that has changed in the U.S, but it remained so in Rome, even if the Roman Republic opened up its doors to foreigners who wished to become Roman citizens. However, the ones who held the power of vote, were the Patricians, the leading, wealthy and educated Roman class, just like in the U.S, for many years, only white male Americans were considered citizens elegible to vote. In Rome, this changed gradually, with the appearance of the Tribunes, a legislative body created by the plebeians that could veto the decisions made by the Senate, the main legislative body. In the U.S, things also changed gradually, as the right of other minorities, such as African Americans, was also recognized and they were also given the right to vote.
