The Vietnam War was fought with greater public access to information than any other
Sidana [21]

Answer:

These two factors can be related as compared to many previous wars, the Vietnam War was highly publicized and filmed in the form of news footage for many Americans to see, and many of these scenes and images were extremely gruesome and cruel. This further led to public disapproval of the war and US intervention which led to the US to pull out of the war eventually. The public should be allowed this much access as this gives us better insight on how the progress of the war is goin and gives us more knowledge about how the military conducts it's operations.

What was one of the first things President Hoover did to combat the effects of the Great Depression?
Rasek [7]

He did nothing, thinking the economic crisis would mend itself with time.

Hoover was a laissez-faire Republican who believed the government should not interfere with the economy.

Hoover's approach to the Great Depression was to do nothing initially. He believed it was a normal part of the boom-bust economic cycle. As the Depression moved on, Hoover used a method of volunteerism. Volunteerism asked those with money to give to others and to invest their money back into the banks and job creation.
