Answer:

There had already been too many nights of madness in 1917 as the Russian Revolution rocked Petrograd (renamed from St. Petersburg at the onset of World War I to sound less German), and Dosch-Fleurot was just one of the many foreigners there to bear witness.  Also communist government created the country of the Soviet Union. The city was home to a large community of foreign diplomats, journalists, businessmen, spies and relief workers, and author Helen Rappaport has mined their diaries and private letters to chronicle.

Explain how the Great Compromise at the Constitutional Convention was a compromise between the Virginia Plan and the New Jersey
Norma-Jean [14]

The Great Compromise solved the issue of representation by putting the ideas of large(Virginia) states and small( New Jersey) states together. This compromise started off by keeping a two house Congress which were the House of Representatives and the Senate. The House of Representatives came from the large states plan, and the Senate came from the small states plan. The first house represented the people, and it involved a number of representatives based on population of the state. The second house represented the states, and each of the states will have two senators that were elected by their legislature which constructed equal representation.
