Not as much of a "culture", but more of a mindset among some individuals.
Explanation:
There can't and never will be a single global culture. It just simply won't work because a culture is recognized by its distinctions and differences between other cultures. Since most cultures around the world are proud of it (which there is nothing at all wrong with), this will never happen.
There is a ideology that thankfully isn't incredibly popular but does think we need a global culture. That's one of the worst things that could possibly happen because, like I hinted at earlier, what defines and distinguishes humans from each other is our differences, not our comparisons.
Farming should be promoted by tube wells as balochistan lacks groundwater
Explanation:
The economy of Balochistan is dependent on the production of natural gas and minerals along with agriculture and livestock raising. the springs, streams, rivers, and karezes are the main source of water.
The economy of Balochistan should develop an irrigation system of tube wells as many karezes dried because of overexploitation. Groundwater needs to be developed as part of watershed management.

no weather, it is above the troposphere.
The heaviest layer is the troposphere and the thickest is the
stratosphere, which is 80 km thick.
