Answer:

Grim and Gram are Max's grandparents and legal guardians. They are his legal guardians because his mother is dead, and his father is in jail. Max's dad, Killer Kane, is in jail because he murdered his wife. Readers do not find out that information until fairly late in the story; however, we are clued into the fact that Max's dad is not well liked by either Gram or Grim. In fact, Killer Kane is both hated and feared at the same time. He is either never talked about, or he is talked about in hushed tones. Their hatred for him runs so deep that Grim actually refuses to say his name. Pronouns are used instead.

In the Poem "Fire and Ice", what is Robert Frost talking about? How do desire and hate play into this poem?
Vlada [557]
He is saying the sins of humanity will destroy the world. Fire is desire, and Frost sides with them, saying that he is guilty of letting his desires control him, while Ice is hatred, which he says he would rather see the world end by desire than he would hatred.

Should school change school time to start and finish one hour later ?
Diano4ka-milaya [45]
School starting in hour later would give students more time to sleep in, be prepared for school, and eaten.

This could be disagreed with because not only are you getting there an hour early but you leaving an hour late, making it the same time difference in the end so it doesn’t really matter, many people could dislike it, there would be less daylight time once you got home.
