Question

I get how to place numbers on a number line, but I don't think the numbers(-3,-8,-2, and 5) match any of the answers. Is there anything wrong with my answer?

It it has the absolute value signs (. this | 8 | ) it means that your answer cannot be negative even though theres a negative inside of the absolute value 

so, 
|-3| = 3
|-8| = 8
|-2| = 2
|5| = 5

Its c because all of the numbers have absoulute vale line so therefor they all equal positive
