Government is necessary to ensure the proper use of force. It must specify objective laws to clarify the use of force and it must have the ability to enforce laws. The purpose of government is to protect the individual rights of its citizens. According to the Constitution of the United States, the federal government was established for six reasons. Among these six reasons their is unity, justice, domestic tranquility, defense, promotion of the general welfare of the citizens and securing liberty for all.
