(1) As U.S. investments in Latin Americans, roads, RRs and harbors built with that money increased trade and profits
(2) U.S. role abroad was stronger, as military intervention often followed threats to business interests
The enlightenment wanted everyone to have freedom and rights which includes the right to vote and freedom to practice religion etc. the declaration of the rights of man promised all men to have civil rights and be equal
Some believed that the Constitution did not give the new federal government the ability to restrict inherent rights, so no list of those rights was necessary. Others worried that if the rights were listed, they would invariably forget some and the list would ever be incomplete. Finally, the argument was that the states each had their own constitutions, too, and that rights were best protected at a state level.
I believe that some of the benefits are longer life span, the ability to harvest crops, and the ability to create a thriving community. I think these are good benefits because if you are living in a permanent settlement then you can grow your own crops meaning that you can live off of those crops and you dont have to go foraging for food (sometimes producing nothing). Also a good community is almost essential to living with a group of people beacause it enhances trade and communication with other communities as well. :)
