Graffiti art is being created on buildings without the owners' permission, amounting to destruction of private property. Depending on the state and the severity of the crime, graffiti penalties include fines, cleanups costs, DISP, DLS, or a felony conviction Graffiti is bad, WHAT IT SOME GRAFFITI THE HOUSE YOU WERE LIVING IN THEN YOU WOULD BE MAD ( GENERAL SPEAKING), BUT HOPE THIS HELPS AND IK IT LONG BUT IT HELPS OUT A LOT .

How can artists create a sense of movement in a piece of artwork?
VikaD [51]

There are many ways an artist can create a sense of movement in a piece of artwork, from blurring the back of a character to show movement, or showing the movement through air waves, arrows, and others. They can also make the character look like it is moving, and make the ground have more lines parallel to the movement, which will show movement.

hope this helps

If you could have any power you wanted, what would it be and why?
Korolek [52]

Answer:

I'm going to choose 3 superpowers.

Explanation:

1st:

Invisibility

Who wanted want to literally disappear? I can literally sneak into any area I freely wish for. I can scare anyone I want. Pranking to the extreme.

2nd:

Ability to bend time

I would control time but not where it tears rip into space. It doesn't affect your future.

3rd:

Teleportation

Two words. Time saved. I can literally be on any spot I want.

Ivanshal [37]

Basically, He is certainly known for his landscape paintings and his rural landscapes is significant because it is useful in understanding the changing meaning of nature during the industrial revolution and later in the century this would become the primary subject of the Impressionists. Constable sought a high degree of accuracy in many species and infact he was the first artist we know of who studied meteorology so that the clouds and the atmospheric conditions that he rendered were scientifically precise.
