Societies with high rates of education completion have lower crime, better overall health, and civic involvement. Lack of access to education is considered the root of poverty.
The British never took the revolutionary war and they never tried to win the heart of the colonies by their policies and this was the way the British leaders misunderstood the revolutionary war. The British had to pay the ultimate price of giving the colonies their independence because of this misunderstanding.
