What is the effects of deserts and rivers for Mesopotamia and Egypt

History

The deserts helped the Egyptians because the deserts have scorching heat. The large desert areas were not favorable to humans or animals. This kept Egypt isolated from outside invaders. The Nile River's physical features also provided protection. The delta marshes stopped invaders who sailed from the Mediterranean Sea. Also the Nile's cataracts prevented enemy ships from attacking Egypt. Because of these physical features the Egyptians rarely faced the danger of invasion.

Sav [38]

The correct answer is The Atlantic Charter.

The Atlantic Charter was a declaration made on August 14, 1941, outlining American and British objectives for the world following the conclusion of World War II.

What was the Atlantic Charter's primary goal?

The Atlantic Charter made it quite obvious that the US backed Britain in the conflict. Both intended to demonstrate their solidarity with regard to their shared ideals of a peaceful postwar world, as well as the policies they had pledged to implement once Germany had been defeated.

The document's eight main principles were centered on territorial rights, self-determination rights, economic concerns, disarmament, and moral objectives, such as maritime freedom and a commitment to working toward "a world free of want and terror."

GrogVix [38]

Terrorism, as the name implies, is the act of trying to inflict terror on the opposition, usually for change. It relies on striking fear into the enemy. Traditional warfare does not rely on fear and it's goals are to destroy military targets and other things that are useful o the enemy (in total war).
