Answer:

Muscular endurance is defined as the ability of a muscle to generate force over and over again.

Explanation:

Muscular strength is the ability of a muscle to generate the submaximal force & muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle to generate force over and over again. It is  the ability of a muscle to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time .Generally increasing the muscular strength will increase the muscular  endurance. Muscular endurance is very much important for the body because it increases our ability to perform various activities without getting tired.It also reduces the risk of injury.Helps us keeping ahealthy body weight.

There are 5 types of exercises to build muscular endurance:

  • Push ups: specifically targetting the chest and arms,push ups promotes upper body endurance
  • V ups:  This exercise delivers  a major upper and lower body abdominal workout while simultaneously strengthening the back and thigh muscles
  • Calf raise
  • Bodyweight squats
  • Jogging and swimming

What is the end result of the electron transport chain?
WARRIOR [948]

Answer:

The end result is Water and ATP.

Explanation:

Electron transport chain is the stage of cellular respiration. Four protein complexes in the inner mitochondrial membrane form the electron transport chain. These complexes exist in a descending order of energy. The electron carriers come along to drop off all their electron and proton cargo that they picked up during the glycolysis and citric acid cycle stages.he electron transport chain is a cluster of proteins that transfer electrons through a membrane within mitochondria to form a gradient of protons that drives the creation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is used by the cell as the energy for metabolic processes for cellular functions.

Rama09 [41]
The energy source of the sperm for them to swim is the protein breakdown by mitochondria in the midpiece of the sperm.

Mitochondria are double membrane-bound organelles found in the cells. It is said to be the "powerhouse of the cell". They provide ATP as a source of chemical energy for the cells.

How would you write this number in scientific notation? (Use the carrot key to denote an exponent. ex: 6.02 x 10^23)
NeTakaya

Answer:

D=5.89\times 10^{12}\ km

Explanation:

The distance to the Sun is 5,890,000,000,000. We need to write this distance in km.

A number can be written as x.0\times 10^y in scientific notation where x is a real no and y is any integer.

There are 10 zeros in the given number and also there are 12 digits after. It would mean that,

D=5.89\times 10^{12}\ km

So, the distance in scientific notation is : D=5.89\times 10^{12}\ km
