Consider starting your story with the line: "It was a long day at [enter name of company here] when this [enter description here] looking customer came up to me and began asking me questions about [enter product description] that they wanted to rent..." Do you want your story to take a serious or comedic tone? Have fun with the details, but be sure to include the information about the Terms of Agreement for the customer.
