The easiest part of the exercise, personally were the push-ups. I find push-ups the easiest because I don't get tired that easily compared to other exercises like pull-ups, etc. I found push-ups being my favorite exercise in this set because they're really good for your arm and shoulders, pectorals and deltoids.
