A change in the water temperature of the Pacific Ocean that produces a warm current is El Nino.

Further Explanations:

The Pacific Ocean is the Earth's largest and deepest Oceanic division that stretches from Arctic Ocean towards North to Southern Ocean towards South. It is also bounded Australia and Asia in the Western side and America on the eastern side. It covers consists of the Earth's 46% total surface water. The imaginary line Equator that splits the Earth Into two hemispheres passes through it centrally and divides the Earth into the Southern hemisphere and Northern Hemisphere.

Warm current in the Pacific Ocean is caused due to change in the temperature of the water that is called El Niño. It is related to the belt of warm ocean water developed in the central and eastern-central equatorial Pacific that includes the area of South America's Pacific coast. El Nino is conveyed by western Pacific high air pressure and eastern Pacific low air pressure. The countries that are under the developing stage get most affected by it, particularly those countries that depend on fishing and agriculture.

Ocean currents move cold water from the tropics to the poles where the water warms."Agree or Disagree? Why?
Elina [12.6K]

Answer:

I can authorize that dissagree with this.

Explanation:

The reason why is bc the water in the ocean currents continuously move from one place to another. Which can transport warm water fron the equatorial climate towards the north pole and the south pole in the polar climates. Then the cold water tranfers back to the equator where it started off. Though the global climate is the one that can regulate what the temperatures are in the ocean.

Central and state governments
influence each other in
Masteriza [31]
The answer to this problem would be that the central government and the state governments influence each other in a federal system. A central government would be most likely to be a characteristic of a unitary state while on the other hand, the state governments would be in a federal form of government which resides on the country subdivision. At which as to how they are influencing each other, they may come in terms of domestic policy because it might go to show that the central government and the state governments' interests and other needs be parallel to each other or might even overlap each other.
