President Lybdon B. Johnson´s Great Society programs were cerated after Johnson declared war on poverty, he created several programs to help unemployment, racism, and health issues, he created Medicaid, to help people that had no insurance and wasn´t able to get medical treatment, the main goal of this set of programs was to help the poorest americans to get back on their feet. With this the judicial power of the president got demonstrated.
