What changes do the mothers body make when shes pregnant ? please help me !

Health

The uterus expands through the pregnancy to help house the baby safely.

Organs shift within the body to make room for the growing uterus.

Blood volume in the body increases to keep up with the growing demand of having to grow the fetus and provide nutrients.

Lung expansion will eventually decrease and leading to shortness of breath on minimal exertion because of the pressure the placenta and baby will place of the diaphragm.

The kidneys will process tons and tons of fluid through at a more rapid rate because of the excess fluids from the mother.

Mom will have to pee a LOT because the pressure of the uterus and it pushes on the bladder, not allowing it to expand fully.

Mom will usually only be able to sleep on her side because the pressure of the baby can push on her aorta and cause her to lose consciousness because of lack of blood flow.

Interstitial fluid will build up within the feet and sometimes the hands.

The pelvic bones will begin to separate to prepare to engage the fetus.

Sometimes, linea negra will occur on the belly in a line.

The breasts will become enlarged.

You begin to lose some of your memory, called "pregnancy brain".

hCG levels will rise.

Since there weren't any options, I gave you most of the common ones people know. I can go down to the cellular level if  you need me to but I'm not sure how far you are into it.

Ray Of Light [21]

Answer:

6.) No, the incidence only includes the new cases.

7.) Once a person is infected they continue to suffer until a cure is found unless there is no cure.

8.) 2/6,954 = 0.0002876 = 0.2876 per 1000

9.) 3/6,954 = 0.00043 = 0.4314 per 1000.

10.) The occurrence of disease changes over time. Some of these changes occur regularly, while others are unpredictable. if the incidence of disease remains constant, but the rate of death from the disease or the rate of cure increases, then prevalence (fullness of the basin) will decline. If incidence remains constant, but the lives of prevalent cases are prolonged, but they aren't cured, then the prevalence will rise.

2. What makes psychoactive substance harmful to the body?
quester [9]

Psychoactive drugs affect the body’s central nervous system. With the ability to change the brain’s functionality, they quickly alter mood, perception, and consciousness.

Moreover, many consider moderately drinking coffee or alcohol recreational use. While doing so, you’ll undergo mood changes. Typically, you feel better, more alert, or relaxed. Likewise, prescription pain medication can alter your perception of pain so you don’t feel discomfort.

Consequently, some of the drugs that fall under this category are habit-forming. Particularly, these include stimulants like cocaine and depressants like alcohol. Unfortunately, becoming chemically dependent on a substance could potentially lead to addiction.

Because some psychoactive substances occur naturally, such as mushrooms or marijuana, many people think they’re less harmful than manufactured drugs. However, marijuana addiction does occur, and using mushrooms causes negative side effects.

The common side effects of abusing these drugs include:

Agitation

Disorientation

Tremors

Dizziness

Motor impairment

Drowsiness

Paranoia/hallucinations
