Which of the following is the most complete description of persuasion?

English

The answer should be C! (An attempt to influence another person's thoughts, feelings, or actions.) Persuasion doesn't guarantee that you'll change anybody's minds about anything, so A is wrong, and persuasion is more about influencing people rather than manipulating people, so B is wrong. That leaves you with either C or D, and C is a pretty complete answer. Hope I helped! :)

What is a run-on sentence?
insens350 [35]
I know the answer isn't C or D. A or B both seem likely until you see that B involves a 'comma without a conjunction,' either way you should never put a comma before 'and'; I am not sure why but I am pretty sure this only applies in a formal document. So your answer is A.

Describe in 50 - 60 words how would you feel if someone used harsh and hurtful words to you
Annette [7]

Answer:

At first, I would feel very disappointed and sad, because I consider that nowadays everything can be said and solved without any harsh words. After that, I would examine my previous behavior and actions that led to these harsh words, and if I were wrong, I would apologize for all my actions. Otherwise, I would stop talking to the person who offended me, because I wouldn’t like to be humiliated and offended again.
