The following authors wrote in the same genre: Anne Bradstreet and William Bradford

Further explanation

Anne Bradstreet was the first woman to be recognized as an accomplished New World Poet. Anne Bradstreet's genre was Poetry. Her writings can be divided into different types such as epics, dialouges, public and private elegies, love lyrics, long meditative poems and religious verses, personal, scholary, and lyrical. Many of Anne Bradstreet's poems are autobiographical.

William Bradford was an English Puritan separatist originally from the West Riding of Yorkshire in Northern England. William Bradford is the author of the journal "Of Plymouth Plantation." The genre of it would best be considered a comprehensive journal. It begins in 1608 when the pilgrims left Britain to settle in what is now the Netherlands. The journal continues through 1620. William Bradford's Of Plymouth Plantation is not strictly an autobiography, but is very similar to one.

Olaudah Equiano, known in his lifetime as Gustavus Vassa, was a writer and abolitionist from Ihiala, which is in Igbo region of what is today southeastern Nigeria according to his memoir, or from South Carolina according to other sources. Equiano wrote about the slave trade.

Thomas Jefferson was an American statesman, diplomat, lawyer, architect, and Founding Father. He was served as the third president of the United States from 1801 to 1809. Thomas Jefferson writes: Map of the British Colonies in North America in 1763, The Declaration of Independence by John Trumbull; image courtesy Architect of the Capitol, Rough Draft of the Declaration.

I think The following authors wrote in the same genre: Anne Bradstreet and William Bradford.
