In my opinion I prefer the city. I think that people who move to the countryside from the city are crazy. They think that it will make their children get out more and it will not. That doesn't work. They will just be in more danger and of being snakebit and unable to call for help. Yes it is a good idea to build new buildings on the coast. It could be dangerous for the rough hurricane seasons but it still would be a good idea to expand.
