A Dog's Tale is a short story which is written by Mark Twain. The story is about the life of a pet dog who is honest to its owners. The dog is moved to a new house there happens fire in the nursery. The garden area is fully burnt. The dog run in the fire to save the baby from the fire but the family misunderstood the dog's intention and starts beating him with currant. The dog is left injured and he gets his leg broken.
