I believe that element is called flying buttresses.
Flying buttresses support the walls of a building and given that they are quite slanted, they seem as if they are forming an arch with that particular wall they are leaned against. I've attached an image of them for you to see what I mean.

2/4 is an example of simple meter. It is the arrangement of various beats in a musical composition.

The arrangement of strong and weak beats in a musical composition that forms the fundamental rhythm of a certain piece or segment of a piece of music is known as a simple meter. Every piece of published music has a meter signature at the very beginning, which is denoted by two numerals written one on top of the other and put right after the clef symbol.

The number at the bottom indicates which type of note receives the beat, while the number at the top indicates how many beats will appear within each of the measures. The number 2 in the 2/4 meter denotes that there are two beats in each measure, and the number 4 at the bottom denotes a quarter note.

Answer:

The 18th-century Indian painting of Maharana Amar Singh and others watching musicians and acrobats utilizes the two most basic visual cues for implying depth on a flat surface. Indian artist used profile views for position and overlap.

Explanation:

These tools to create the illusion of depth is considered one of the early conceptions in art before the use o perspective became common. In this case, the objects are strategically positioned on the canvas and overlapped one over the other to create a feeling of distance and depth. But everything is a trick to delude the eye.
