Wanting to fit in, the loss of a loved one, not feeling good enough, can all lead to depression in children and these aren't even half of the reasons. But again, if you let these get you down, you may not get back up again.
I would want my siblings to know this because I don't want them to have a life where they are constantly being knocked down by challenges of game called life. Where the challenges are inevitable and there is nothing they can do about it.
