I need help writing a children’s book (preschool). I have my idea which is going to be about a turtle name Shelly that explores

things under the sea but I do not know how to start it. I really need help starting it. Thank you xo

Maybe Shelly can be a new student at a school but doesnt know how to make friends because hes shy and never had any friends before. At this school, Shelly is the only turtle, the rest are fish. And at the end he makes friends with all the fish in his class.

Start it in third person,explaining how we come to find shelly before slowly working up into first and second person as the story progresses.
