Answer:

D. reduce the interest rates

Explanation:

If you reduce the interests rate on savings, more and more people will be deceived from saving their money rather than spending it, or investing it, so if you reduce the interests rates it won´t be as attractive for the people that would rather spend their money or invest it and by investing it it will create new employments.

The cost of manufacturing a specific good in a developing country is less than the cost to manufacture it in the United States.
Lana71 [14]

Answer:

Prices will decrease and the quantity produced will increase.

Explanation:

Because labor costs are lower in developing countries, when these countries produce manufactured goods, they do it at a lower cost, meaning that these goods will also have a lower price for the final consumers. If these cheaper goods are exported to the U.S. market, the U.S. market is flooded with more goods at a lower price, something that may affect some U.S. firms, but that benefits the majority of U.S. consumers.

Ou are considering a savings bond that will pay in years. if the interest rate is , what should you pay today for the bond?
Colt1911 [192]

A bond is a sort of security used in finance where the issuer owes the holder a debt and is required, depending on the terms, to repay the principal and interest on the bond at the maturity date.

What is Bond?

In exchange for regular interest payments, a bondholder loans money to a business or the government for a predetermined length of time. When the bond matures, the bond's issuer pays the investor their money back. A bond is a sort of security used in finance where the issuer owes the holder a debt and is required, depending on the terms, to repay the principal and interest on the bond at the maturity date.

Bonds can be classified into five categories: corporate, municipal, agency, savings, and Treasury. Each sort of bond has its own vendors, goals, purchasers, and risk-to-return ratios. Bond-based instruments, such as bond mutual funds, can also be purchased if you want to profit from bonds.

One of the key components of the American economic system is interest rates. They have an impact on borrowing costs, savings yields, and are a significant contributor to the overall return on many assets. Additionally, certain interest rates offer information about upcoming economic and financial market activities.

In which situation would a savings bond be the best investment to earn interest?
Sergeeva-Olga [200]
If you have a large amount of money to save at one time, a savings bond would be the best investment to earn interest. If you do not need the money right away, a savings bond will allow you to earn interest at a faster rate. Since savings bonds are longer-term investments, the other options would not fit the purpose as much due to needing the funds at a quicker rate. If you were to put the money directly into a savings account over a bond, you have easier access to the funds; however, the interest is very small in comparison.
