I can only give you the main idea because I don’t feel like writing a paragraph. Well for choice #3 Daisy is emotionally attached to Gatsby’s shirts because they represent what could have been, and the wrong decision she made. Daisy moved on with Tom because she didn’t see a future with Gatsby that had money in it, they only had love. Daisy wanted to live in luxury and at the time, Tom had more than Gatsby. The shirts are fancy and imported, and she is now feeling the impact of her decision. She’s seeing what could have been, and realizing she could have been with the person she ACTUALLY loved AND lived comfortably.
