You're age is 43
I take the multiples of 7
M{7,14,21,28,35,42...}
I add 1 because you need a remainder of 1 and then try to get the others 2 divisions to work
i choose 7 because its the biggest number it takes a lower amount of time

13.48x - 200 < 256.12
podryga [215]

Answer:

x < 33.84

Step-by-step explanation:

we have

13.48x-200 < 256.12

Solve for x

Adds 200 both sides

13.48x-200 +200 < 256.12+200

13.48x < 456.12

Divide by 13.48 both sides

13.48x/13.48 < 456.12/13.48

x < 33.84

The solution is the interval ----> (-∞, 33.84)

All real numbers less than 33.84

To the nearest tenth, what is the perimeter of the triangle with vertices at (−2, 3), (3, 6), and (2, −2)?
katovenus [111]

9514 1404 393

Answer:

 20.3

Step-by-step explanation:

The distance formula can be used to find the side lengths.

 d = √((x2 -x1)^2 +(y2 -y1)^2)

For the first two points, ...

 d = √((3 -(-2))^2 +(6 -3)^2) = √(5^2 +3^2) = √34 ≈ 5.83

For the next two points, ...

 d = √((2 -3)^2 +(-2-6)^2) = √(1 +64) = √65 ≈ 8.06

For the last and first points, ...

 d = √((-2-2)^2 +(3-(-2)^2) = √(16 +25) = √41 ≈ 6.40

Then the sum of the side lengths is ...

 5.83 +8.06 +6.40 = 20.29 ≈ 20.3

The perimeter of the triangle is about 20.3 units.

Write many equations that are equal to the equation 2x+4=x-4.
Jobisdone [24]

Answer:

x = -8

4x + 8 = 2x - 8

3x + 4 = 2x - 4

2x + 16 = x + 8

x - 1 = 2x + 7

17x + 36 = 16x + 28

13x + 2 = 12x + 11

.......

(this is infinite)

As long as it cancels out to x = -8

Question 22 A city has a population of people. Suppose that each year the population grows by . What will the population be afte
Alexeev081 [22]

Answer:

911,690.

Step-by-step explanation:

Please consider the complete question.

A city has a population of 390,000 people. Suppose that each year the population grows by 6.75%. What will the population be after 13 years? Round your answer the nearest whole number.

We will use exponential growth formula to solve our given problem.

y=a\cdot (1+r)^x, where,

y = Final value,

a = Initial value,

r = Growth rate in decimal form,

6.75\%=\frac{6.75}{100}=0.0675

y=390,000\cdot (1+0.0675)^x

y=390,000\cdot (1.0675)^x

To find the population after 13 years, we will substitute x=13 in population growth equation as:

y=390,000\cdot (1.0675)^{13}

y=390,000\cdot 2.3376661492982871

y=911689.798226331969

Upon rounding to nearest whole number, we will get:

y\approx 911,690

Therefore, the population of the city after 13 years would be 911,690.

The tour costs £359 per person. You have to pay a deposit of £78 in advance. How much more do you need to pay
dimaraw [331]
The cost of the tour= £359.

The deposit is just an initial pay, which is a part payment of the total cost

If you pay a deposit of £78 out of £359, Then you need to subtract £78 from £359 to obtain,

359-78=281 pounds.

Therefore you need to pay £281 more.
