Georg presented what he discovered to and online Medical Hypotheses and he analyzed over 500 samples of the lint to determine the makeup of it, later to find out that it was made up of the cotton from clothing, they weren't alone though. Georg also discovered things such as dead skin, sweat, dust and fat. Georg summed it up that a way to get a lint-free bellybutton is to shave the hairs inside that play as hooks, al though the lint does play an important job.
