What is the difference between internal conflict and external conflict?
sammy [17]

Answer:

External conflict is the character against something in the world, while internal conflict is character vs. self. So it is inside the character's mind, hence the word internal and external conflicts take place around the character, (character vs character, society, nature, etc.)

Why was Chaucer important to the development of English?
artcher [175]

Answer: C. He established English as a language worth writing in.

Explanation:

After Geoffrey Chaucer had written The Canterbury Tales, English replaced French in elementary schools. This major changed was followed by the parliament's recognition and adoption of the English language as well.

Chaucer managed to prove that writing in English could be as beautiful as writing in other languages. His writings were also relevant to the creation of English language dictionaries and it was thanks to him that the rhyme royal (scheme of a-b-a-b-b-c-c) was introduced in English literature.

IS THIS SUFFICIENT ENOUGH TO APOLOGIZE TO SOMEONE THAT I TARGETED THEM? TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO TO IMPROVE
soldi70 [24.7K]
It has a great based, yet we want it to be more formal. A good example would be “Hello “teacher”,
I do apologies for my response in today’s attendance question response. It was not to be targeted towards you, but to my brother who has a tendency to correct me a lot. I appreciate you as a teacher and I have no issue with you correcting me on proper grammar usage.”
