• State facts
 • Describe habits

How to use the present simple

 • In affirmative sentences

When the subject is he, she, it, the verb goes with -s (Bob always drinks tea in the morning)

When the subject is we, you, they, I; we do not add an -s to the verb (they often visit their grandparents at weekends.)

 • In negative sentences

When the subject is he, she, it; we add the auxiliary does +not / doesn't, and the verb without -s ( My sister doesn't play tennis.)

Write a letter to your friend telling him or her some of the new things in your school that are interesting
matrenka [14]
Dear Johnny, ( or friends name )

2020 surely wasn’t the best school year for me. I went through tons of hardships. Im only praying that 2021 is a much better school year. I have some pretty interesting new things in my school that took place in 2020. Such as more language classes, students are now opened to taking a Chinese class, and two other classes woodshop. I ended up enrolling in the cooking class, I learned how to make spaghetti, cakes, cupcakes. I can’t wait! Till you can try my new skills out on a plate.
