This region of the United States is a flat land next to the sea. Oftentimes this region is divided from other parts by mountain chains. We are talking about the coastal plains along the Atlantic Ocean. This low relief region of the East Coast extends for 2,200 miles from the state of New York to the state of Florida.
If the time school begins get pushed back later in the morning, students can work on homework late and still be able to get all 8 hours of sleep. This will keep them more awake and paying attention in class.
