The feed mill pays a farmer 6930.00 for the 1st delivery. $5475.00 for the 2nd delivery and $8879.50 for the third delivery. The

table shows the # of bushels included in each delivery. Use that table to write and solve a system of equations to find the price per bushel that the farmer received for each crop.
Delivery: Corn } Wheat ] Soybeans
1st: 900 540 360
2nd: 1125 150 225
3rd: 860 645 645

So far my equations are:
900x + 540y + 360z=6930 x=corn
1125x + 150y +225z=5475 y = wheat
860x + 645y + 645z=8879.50 z = soybeans

Let the price of corn be x, that of wheat be y and that of soybeans be z, then
<span>900x + 540y + 360z = 6930
1125x + 150y + 225z = 5475
860x + 645y + 645z</span> = 8879.50

Solving simultaneously,
x = 3.2; y = 3.5; z = 6

Therefore, the price per bushel of corn is $3.20, that of wheat is $3.50 and that of soybeans = $6

A2. Find y' and y" for y^2 = x^2<br>+ sinxy
kumpel [21]

Answer:

y'   = (2x + y cosxy)/(2y + x cosxy)

Step-by-step explanation:

Using implicit differentiation:

y^2 = x^2 + sin xy

2y y' = 2x + cos xy  * (xy' + y)

2y y' = 2x + xy' cos xy + y cos xy

2y y' - xy' cosxy = 2x + ycos xy

y'   = (2x + y cosxy)/(2y - x cosxy)

What is the range of the function y = x 2?
Leno4ka [110]

Answer:

\mathrm{Range\:of\:}x^2:\quad \begin{bmatrix}\mathrm{Solution:}\:&\:f\left(x\right)\ge \:0\:\\ \:\mathrm{Interval\:Notation:}&\:[0,\:\infty \:)\end{bmatrix}

The graph is also attached below.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the function

y=x^2

  • We know that the range of a function is the set of values of the dependent variable for which a function is defined.

\mathrm{For\:a\:parabola}\:ax^2+bx+c\:\mathrm{with\:Vertex}\:\left(x_v,\:y_v\right)

\mathrm{If}\:a

\mathrm{If}\:a>0\:\mathrm{the\:range\:is}\:f\left(x\right)\ge \:y_v

a=1,\:\mathrm{Vertex}\:\left(x_v,\:y_v\right)=\left(0,\:0\right)

f\left(x\right)\ge \:0

Thus,

\mathrm{Range\:of\:}x^2:\quad \begin{bmatrix}\mathrm{Solution:}\:&\:f\left(x\right)\ge \:0\:\\ \:\mathrm{Interval\:Notation:}&\:[0,\:\infty \:)\end{bmatrix}

The graph is also attached below.

Marysya12 [62]

Answer:

24/6=c

Step-by-step explanation:

Well to split 24 you need to divide by 6 and that will equal the answer. An equation always has a equal sign so you know that you would be solving for c
