25 + 10x = y  would be the equation because since started with 25 and wants to add 10 dollars each week, you must start with 25 and add 10 to multiply with whatever amount of weeks. 

x in this case is the amount weeks.

Now it says to indicate how much money she would have if she add 10 dollars for 7 weeks.

The equation is 25 + 10(7) = 95.

First multiply then add.

So, she would have 95 dollars in her account if she deposited 10 dollars each week.
