Argumentative Essay: Getting a Good Education. ... Being educated is shown to increase people's sense of self-worth, life satisfaction and overall happiness, so ultimately being a well-rounded person with lots of potential of happiness is a major outcome of education.

Getting a good high school education also improves our chances of being able to go to college. This further study adds so many different skills to your arsenal that employment prospects and earning potential become better again. Whatever level someone has studied to though, a good education will get them further than someone with little or no education.

This is because of the marketable skills that they have gained. Literacy and basic math skills are at the foundation of independent living and being able to work. Good communication skills and ability to work both with a team and independently are often a basic requirement for any job, and these are developed in the education system through group and individual projects. All in all, education gives us so many skills that it is necessary for both happiness and success in life.

This development in itself increases our chances in life and our potential to do the things we want to do, as social skills gained allow us to form good relationships, and all of the other skills will help when it comes to getting a job. . Educated people are also less likely to go to prison, because they will be able to provide for their families without crime and are less likely to be violent as they can communicate better with language.

Trava [24]

Answer:

In my opinion, Insults are dependent on time and culture because they can come from the way someone dresses, acts, or actions. For example, In most parts in Asia it's common to bow down to someone when you're saying "Hello" or  "Sorry" and "Goodbye" It's considered rude if you don't bow down.

SVETLANKA909090 [29]

Repetition in "the raven" gives the sensation of dark and dreary mood, the word<em> "nevermore"</em> is repeated at the end or nearly every stanza.

Repetition of consonant sounds is here:<em> "and the silken sad uncertain rustling of each purple curtain"</em>. This consonance let people know what Poe was thinking when he wrote the text.

Point of view is the despair of the man and the echo of his sadness throughout the whole poem.

In the text, the author discusses how young children are more altruistic than older children.Do you think you’ve become more sel
Anastaziya [24]

Answer:

i believe that we become less altruistic than younger children. i believe this because younger children can be ok with sharing a toy, and when their friend gets hurt, they become sad and try to help them. i personally, think that we become more selfish as we age. for example, i would never want to share my phone with anyone, and when my friend gets hurt, i tent to think about how i didnt get hurt and how dumb they looked while failing. i think that we should look at the world and the social issues that we have to try to fix some of them. i think that, instead of trying not to make eye contact with the homeless man, we should smile and wave at him, or maybe even give him some food, water, or some money.
