Hey there, and good morning to you! :D

The perimeter is the sides added up. If you were to double each side, you would basically just get a perimeter that is 2 times bigger, since everything was doubled. A rectangle's length and width are the same as saying their sides. Width is the bottom or top, and the length is the sides. 

30 x 2= 60

"C" 60 is your answer.

I would think its either A or C but idk what are the sides of the rectangle?

Okay so what we know is that there are 6 sides.

3separate groups have the same measurements. So really 3 groups of 2 that have the same measurements.

2 sides are 3*2 —————>an area of 6
2 sides are 3*2—————>an area of 6
2 sides are 2*2—————>an area of 4
—————————————————————so, we add those #s up and get 6+6+4 which equals 16 as your answer.
