Hitler did name quite a few Jewish veterans and those who were close to him to be 'Honorary Aryans'. It was more of a matter of respect and trust for them than anything.

Answer:

Because they were considered either valuable or "honorable" by high commanding officers of the Nazi regime.

Explanation:

The Final Solution was the name of the plan for the mass genocide of Jewish people during World War II. Even people who were had one Jewish parent of even Jewish grandparents were included in this plan, in accord with the goal of exterminating all Jews and leaving the Aryan race in power. However, some individuals were spared by Hitler himself or other high commanding officers in recognition of their achievements, years or service or other reasons. For example, we have the case of Ernst Hess, who was a WWI veteran and even was a commanding officer in the same company Hitler was. Hess was also born to a Jewish mother, and although he was christened as a protestant, in Nazi Germany he would have been considered a prime target for prosecution and internment in concentration camps. In a letter from Heinrich Himmler, one of the architects of The Final Solution, to the Gestapo, it was stated the Hess was to be spared any prosecution and he was to be protected by Hitler's own wishes.

What were the three main categories of the programs and actions of Roosevelts new deal
GenaCL600 [577]

Answer: Banking System Audit, Federal Aid Administration, Public Works Administration.

Explanation:

  • As the economic crisis has caused the collapse of the entire financial system, the banking sector has also been hit. The savings of the Americans were questionable if the banks ultimately failed. Hoover has ordered Congress to set up a commission to oversee the entire banking sector. More than ten thousand banks have gone through that audit. The move turned out to be good, as people's savings of up to five thousand dollars were secured. So by this figure, the savings were sure to restore Americans' confidence in the banking system.
  • Harry Hopkins headed the Federal-Aid Board. This agency sent funds to the emptied local relief agencies. $ 5 million was issued in two hours. Hopkins believed that people should be allowed to work, not to give alms. His program also funded public works programs. The result of this program is the resuscitation of many assistance programs.
  • The goal of this program was to rebuild the country's infrastructure. This meant rebuilding roads, bridges, and public spaces. The effectiveness of this program has proven to be successful, given that around 4 million people are employed through this program. In this context, we can also mention the Corps of Public Goods. About 2.5 million unmarried men are employed through the corps of public goods on afforestation, maintenance of parks and beaches.
