What this sentence means is that one aspect of someone's life is not greater than the whole body as a whole and that the summation of one's life make up the whole of a person.
The whole person is believed to be made up of many aspects: physical health and fitness, mental health, emotional health, spirituality, social life, environmental and occupation aspect, etc.
In the health sector for instance, health providers had been advised not to treat people's diseases alone but to take cognizance of the person as a whole; the health aspect is just one of the life aspects of a patient.

nikdorinn [45]

Answer: The sense of taste and smell are related to each other, hence Cosmo's sense of taste is altered because of his stuffy nose.

Explanation:

It is common to feel like you can't taste food when sick, because the sense of smell and taste are related to each other.

Smell essentially influences our ability to taste food, which is why distinguishing flavors with a cold (or stuffy nose) is hard sometimes.

When drinking coffee, the aroma of the coffee travels through the nasal area. There, the hair cells carry the odour related information to the brain. But Cosmo's nose is stuffed to the point that he can't smell anything, so due to the mucus in his nose, he is unable to smell the odour, hence his brain is not able to tell him anything about the flavour of the coffee. As a result, he thinks it has no taste.

aliina [53]

A client with chronic kidney disease weighs 209 lbs (95 kg) and is prescribed 1. 2 grams of protein per kg per day. The client will ingest 114 grams of proteins per day.

 • Kidneys are damaged and unable to filter blood as effectively as they should if one have chronic kidney disease (CKD). Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and a family history of kidney failure are the primary risk factors for developing renal disease.
 • The most frequent causes of kidney disease are diabetes and high blood pressure.
 • To determine the cause of kidney disease, the doctor may run tests. The kind of treatment you get may depend on what caused your kidney condition.
 • Your bloodstream retains protein and other nutrients that your body requires. When the glomeruli are damaged and unable to effectively filter your blood, you develop nephrotic syndrome.
 • The leakage of protein into your urine is caused by damage to these blood vessels. One of the proteins is albumin.
 • For instance, if the ideal weight is 209 lbs., or 95 kg, the daily protein requirements are 95 kg x 1.2 g/kg, i.e., 114 grams.
