I remember breakfasts with my grandfather—our morning toast was my favorite time of day. He would toast bread by placing it righ

t on the center rack of the oven. Then, he would butter the bread on both sides and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the butter. Finally, he would cut the toast into perfect little squares. I can smell that sweet toast now! What is the one disadvantage of writing this story in the first-person point of view? ASAP

To me, the one disadvantage would be is that it ONLY tells your point of view and how YOU feel. I think having the POV of the grandfather would bring more into the story and how he would remember this time as well. Hope this helped somehow! If it did, can you mark “Brainiest” or whatever it is?Thx.

At the u.s. navy's request, the disney studios produced some 90,000 feet of training film. what was the purpose of this training
Elis [28]
During World War II, the US Navy needed to train large numbers of new troops. This was accomplished partially through the use of training films. As the Navy did not have a sufficient capability to produce large amounts of film on its own, it employed commercial studios to manufacture them. Disney was contracted to create many of these training films.

Which of the following is not an acceptable initialized sign?
tangare [24]

Answer:

D. FATHER

Explanation:

In sign language (A.S.L), initialized signs are these signs that are initialized with a given letter in order to disambiguate. A common example is the case of the words dentist and water, in one case we initialize with the sign for the letter D over the mouth, while in the other case we initialize with the sign for the letter W. There are cases where the second letter may be used if the two first ones coincide.

So, a sign that will be not an acceptable initialized sign is a sign that is non-ambiguous, and in the given options, the one that meets this requirement is the sign for father. (tapping your thumb twice in your forehead).

So the correct option is D.
