Which passage from "The Interlopers" reveals the narrator is omniscient?

English
1 answer:
Valentin [98]3 years ago
3 0
In the first option, the narrator is describing an event that happened to the character Ulrich, and does not convey the sense of omniscience. The second and third option however, describes that which is happening in the land. Finally, the last option reveals the omniscient stance the narrator takes, as he shows insight into the characters thoughts.

What’s a good introduction to an argumentative essay about lowering the voting age to 16?
Mariana [72]

Answer:

Should the American government  allow people to vote at the age of 16 or not? Well my opinion on that is this: When you have a group of people with different opinions and judgments, allowing power among st all of them is not a good idea. There needs to be a higher power to take control. With that being said, in my opinion, early age voting is not a good idea. One of the many reasons is because, the brain does not completely develop until the age of 18, and for males it takes longer. People say that you make decisions when you are a teenager, and when you get older you regret them. It is very true, no I do not think that early age voting is a very good idea, especially with the way the world is going. It's going to take a bigger and  wiser person to bring us out of the deep hole  that We The People have dug ourselves into.

Write about how you will de-stress (or relax) over Spring Break. Describe the perfect Spring Break getaway you truly deserve.
lutik1710 [3]
Well your gonna need to put your own interest in place of mine but for me i’d put something like: this spring break i plan on de-stressing by focusing on self care, one of the things i would like to do is take a long bath with a bath bomb and a floor heater so it’s warm and relaxing. i’d also like to talk to my friends online because it’s always good to talk to someone in times like these, and good for your mental health. another thing that always makes me feel good is playing on my switch, my favorite games are animal crossing and minecraft (if you don’t have a switch just put your own console or say your favorite game on your phone if you don’t have one). i would also like to just watch some movies or anime, and maybe do a face mask or paint my nails so i can feel pretty because that always makes me feel better. (just say your favorite show in place of me saying anime so it seems more to your opinion).

i think you should probably do the rest on your own so it doesn’t seem as fake and like something you would write lol i also hope to your a girl bc i put girly stuff like face masks and baths lol lol

In "Blow, Blow Thou Winter Wind," Shakespeare uses an extended metaphor comparing the winter elements to human unkindness. I hav
avanturin [10]

Answer:It's not much but it's original and I hope it helps :)

Her heart cold as ice her eyes gave a chilling gaze

whoever stood near could feel her fiery hatred like a lit fireplace in winter she was distant but when you did come near you knew her presence was there like winter the freezing feeling always there.

<h2><u><em>OR</em></u></h2>

Voldemort is a cold like winter. Cold in the sense that he has a dark soul. He speaks with an unfriendly tone similar to the feeling you get when it rains in the winter. The darkness starts early as he enters a room like sunsets early in the winter. When he terrorizes the other it’s like snowflakes falling because you never know when he is coming.

It is always cold in the winter and the coldness he shows is similar. Cold meaning at a low temperature which might make you shiver. Voldemort is similar to this because sometimes when he looks at you, you might shiver. A cold, wet, dark winter is the perfect way to describe Voldemort as a person.
