True, because wen you're part of a group the likely hood of getting hurt is less to where as if you were alone you wouldn't have any protection and would constantly be worried as to if anyone is around

The doctor says that Johnny may or may not live. He keeps talking about IF Johnny lives. He says that Johnny has broken his back, and if he does not die, he will be crippled for the rest of his life. He also says that he will never be able to walk again because Johnny is paralyzed from the neck down when the roof of the church falls on his back.
