Bad evaluation at work , means , if we represent this in terms of Real Number ,the number will be near zero, and if his work is below average the evaluator will remark him negative real number.
In words, Integer got bad evaluation ,means there must be some discrepency in the work done by the candidate and it is not upto that level that the evaluator wants.
