Court that try cases are called court of trial or trial court.
This is the place where a particular case is being discussed, investigate, prove and decide whether the court will give justice to what opponent.
The opponents also are given a chance to depend theirselves.
The Spartans and Athenians defeated the Persians in the Battle of Marathon, where a man ran to Athens after the battle to tell them that they won. He died after running those 5 miles and that's where we get the activity Marathon. Anyways that was a fun fact. Now the answer:
