That's probably the best 21st century poem describing our group of people (aka millenials) I have ever seen. Well Done!

Start of by writing 7x+1=50. Subtract 1 from both sides. You will get 50-1=49. Then you have 7x=49. Divide 7 on both sides. 7x/7. 49/7=7. X=7. Therefore x=7. Check your answer by plugging 7 into x. 7(7)=49+1=50. The answer checks out!

The definition of an idiom is a phrase that conveys a different meaning than what's found on the surface. Like how when you say you and your friend are like two peas in a pod, you're not literal peas. You're just saying that's how close you are.
