Every star you can see with the unaided eye is located within the milky way. The only object you can see (without optical aid) in the sky outside of the milky way is the Andromeda Galaxy. Andromeda is over 2.5 million light years from earth; much too far to resolve individual stars without a powerful telescope.

Plz help!!! 20 points!!!!

How do convergent boundaries of oceanic crust form islands?
svp [43]

Usually, one of the converging plates will move beneath the other, which is known as subduction. Deep trenches are often formed where tectonic plates are being subducted and earthquakes are common. As the sinking plate moves deeper into the mantle, fluids are released from the rock causing the overlying mantle to partially melt. The new magma (molten rock) rises and may erupt violently to form volcanoes, often building arcs of islands along the convergent boundary

Gelneren [198K]

The rhetorical strategy is Kennedy most clearly using in the excerpt is Logos.

In order to persuade their listeners, speakers often utilize a communication technique called logos, which is Greek for "an appeal to reasoning." This method of persuasion involves the speaker making an argument supported by logic, data, and facts.

Keeping data in front of his audience, John F. Kennedy says in his speech, "We Choose to Go to the Moon." His speech was intended to urge his listeners to support the concept of satellite launch and lunar landing. By displaying the numbers, he is demonstrating how the United States is improving.

Thus, Logos is the rhetorical device employed.
