15) It is given that the charge of the waffle cone = $1.85

Charge per scoop of an ice cream = $0.60

Let C be the total cost.

So, total charge of one wafflce cone ice cream = charge of the waffle cone + (0.6 times number of scoops

C = 1.85 + 0.6x

16) To find the cost for 6 scoops of ice cream, put x = 6 in the above expression and simplify.

C = 1.85 + 0.6(6)

   = 1.85 + 3.6

   = 5.45

Hence, cost of 6 scoops of ice cream = $5.45.

Answer:

D is answer. So if we do -2 * 3 we get -6, -6-4 = -10. Well that doesn't work for a because its 10 not -10. But we have spotted something already. We do have -2 and -10. Those two work we just tested it, but A doesn't work. The only pair that has the -2 and -10 is d. Sorry for bad english, its not native language
