How do we see the moon if it does not produce light ?

Hello!

We are able to see the moon because the sun shines light onto it. Depending on the location of the moon around the Earth, we can see more or less of it at different times. When the moon is directly across from the sun, we can see a full moon. When the sun is behind the moon, no light is reflecting onto it. This results in a new moon.

I hope this helps you!

Answer:

When we look at the Moon, if it does not make its own light, why does it look so bright — where does the Moon get its light? The Moon gets its light from the Sun. In the same way that the Sun illuminates Earth, the Moon reflects the Sun's light, making it appear bright in our sky.

In 1689 the English rights bill was passed.

Explanation:

In 1689 a bill was passed which created a foundation of the democratic rule in U.K and USA.This bill limits the powers of the crown (king and queen) .It created separation in powers.

Further the bill also encouraged the freedom of speech and promoted democratic election. The bill gave the power of sovereignty to the parliament of both United States and England.

The diagram below shows that the Roman Republic contributed to the development of democratic principles.
olasank [31]

The correct answer is that the Consul Veto of ancient Rome evolved into today's Presidential Veto, and that is how it contributed to the development of democratic principles.

The Roman Consul could veto the decisions of other Roman magistrates of lesser or equal hierarchy, so a Consul could veto what was done by a Praetor, but not on the contrary.

In the same way, the President is the one who holds the highest rank in a presidential democracy, being the Head of State. Therefore, it has the power to veto the laws emanated from the Congress that it considers negative for the population.
