According to my opinion, the parole should not be abolished but it should be categorized for some specific cases. The court system needs to define or create a category in which some specific or certain cases fall.
On the basis of nature of case, the court need to grant parole such as in theft cases while in cases like murder, attempt to murder, kidnapping which are more dangerous in nature, should not grant parole.
Thus specification is a required amendment rather than abolishing.
A parole system is when a prisoner serving a jail sentence is released before the due date and then monitored closely by his/her parole officer. The parole officer ensures he’s well integrated back into the society and doesn’t go back to his past crime history.
Some prisoners are victim of circumstances or convicted wrongly.
It shouldn’t be abolished because majority of people after serving prison sentences are usually truly repentant and make good use of this ‘second chance’ privilege to make things right about their lives.
