Respect and obey federal, state, and local laws. Respect the rights, beliefs, and opinions of others. Pay income and other taxes honestly, and on time, to federal, state, and local authorities. Defend the country of the need should arise.

Citizens are supposed to follow to US constitution which lists the basic human rights us citizens are supposed to follow. hope this helps.:)
